Welcome to the online PDO Sherry Vinegar Training Course

This training course has been designed with the aim of providing professionals and those interested in specialising in Sherry Vinegar with the tools and content they need to acquire a solid understanding about the basic elements that define this exceptional condiment. 

The training course looks at fundamental features such as Sherry Vinegar’s origin and history, its production and ageing methods, the different styles, its relevance in everyday and haute cuisine, as well as its scope and wide range of culinary uses, among other aspects. For an improved student experience, the course content includes audiovisual material, computer graphics, videos and animated information films. 

Once you complete the training course and have passed the knowledge test, you will be awarded an accredited diploma. Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll be able to download your certificate on this same page when your progress reaches 100%. You can also do this by going to the My Training section (top menu), selecting Completed, finding this course, and clicking on Certificate.

    won't accept sherry region as the Test answer. Can't therefore progress. Infuriating!

    Section 6 I have tried sherry, sherry wine and vino de Jerez but get stuck on 50% getting the cask answer right can you help please?

    Great content, imagery including photos and maps, plus videos. Extremely informative. Some errors in the tests proved frustrating, however certification possible regardless.

    Very interesting. I will definetly try out Sherry Vinegar. A suggestion to improve: in one of the tests you have to put the article the in front of Sherry Region and in another test add an s to Sherry Wine, which is a bit annoying until you find out..
