This course offers mainly practical training for managing and serving wine in general, and sherries in particular. It will provide professionals of the restaurant and bar industry with key knowledge, tools, techniques and resources that will help them achieve a higher degree of success and customer satisfaction in the front of house and in the management of the oenological offer from the Marco de Jerez. From organising purchases and the cellar, to creating a solid wine menu, as well as essential aspects that impact service excellence and the quality of the gastronomic experience, such as pairing the various types of sherry or their various applications in mixology.
